At the Ukrainian Hub, a special Taekwondo club for Ukrainian children thrives, offering additional training sessions with esteemed instructor Yaroslav Shvets. The dedication and hard work of these young athletes are evident as they consistently participate in championships across Scotland, traveling to competitions in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and London. Remarkably, there has not been a single competition where our Ukrainian athletes failed to bring back gold, silver, or bronze medals and trophies to Aberdeen. We take immense pride in the achievements of our Taekwondo club members, who elevate the sport's profile in Aberdeen and continuously secure top positions in their events. Their success is a testament to their resilience, skill, and the unwavering support of the Ukrainian community, making us proud to witness their victories and contributions to the local sports scene.
